Liwu Science & Technology Building 
Liwu Science & Technology Building, located to the north of East Lake on the main campus and occupies an area of 4,933 square meters, has a total floor space of 17,000 square meters. The construction of the building was started in November 2003 and completed in November 2005.

The total investment of the building is RMB 67,000,000, of which HKD 10,000,000 was donated by CAI Jianzhong, Permanent Honorary President of Hong Kong Alumni Association, and his wife LUO Aimei in November 2002. The building is named after Mr. CAI Jianzhong's father, Mr. CAI Liwu. 

Yifu Science Building 
Yifu Science Building , located to the north of East Lake on the main campus, is a multi-functional building for teaching, scientific researches, and academic exchange, occupies an area of 3,355 square meters with a total floor space of 7,335 square meters. The construction of the building was started in November 1991 and completed in September 1993. The total investment of the building is RMB 13,010,000, of which HKD 5,000,000 was donated by Mr. Yifu SHAW, Chairman of Television Broadcasts Ltd. and Hong Kong Shao's Film & TV Co., Ltd. The building is named after Mr. SHAW.

Food Science Building 
Food Science Building, located to the northwest of the south gate of the main campus, is a modern complex for teaching and scientific researches, with a total floor space of 1,500 square meters. The construction of the building was started in April 1990 and completed in October 1993. LIU Jiahan, Chairman of Hong Kong Dayi Dyeing Co., Ltd., has donated RMB 500,000 for the construction of the building.

Recreational and Sports Center
Recreational and Sports Center is located in the east of the main campus. With the foundation stone laid on the University's anniversary in 1990, the center was completed in November 1993. It has a stadium with 2,300 seats, several exhibition halls and activity rooms, with a total floor space of 5,600 square meters. The total construction cost of the center is over RMB 15,000,000, of which over RMB 4,800,000 and HKD 1,000,000 were donated by the alumni and alumni associations around the country, including RMB 3,078,000 from LI Zhaofeng, RMB 1,000,000 from Han ZHENG, and HKD 839,000 from Hong Kong Alumni Association. Both the venue administrative center and the psychological consultation & health education center are headquartered here.

Radio Actor Training Building
Radio Actor Training Building is a modern complex for teaching and recreational activities, with a total floor space of 430 square meters and occupies an area of 308 square meters. The construction of the building was started in September 1992 and completed in December 1994. Mr. Yifu SHAW, Chairman of Television Broadcasts Ltd. and Hong Kong Shao’s Film & TV Co., Ltd., donated HKD 1,000,000 for the construction of the building.

Yifu Engineering Building
Yifu Engineering Building, named after Mr.Yifu SHAW, is located to the west of the south gate of the main campus, with a total floor space of 5,356 square meters and occupies an area of 2,340 square meters. The construction of the building was started in November 1993 and completed in September 1995. Mr.Yifu SHAW donated HKD 4,000,000 for the construction of the building. The rest of the project funds was raised by the government and the university.

Shantou Alumni Building 
Shantou Alumni Building, located to the northwest of the south gate of the main campus and behind the Linhong Building, has a total floor space of 5,659 square meters and occupies an area of 1,458 square meters. It has multi-media classrooms and multi-fuctional academic report halls. The construction of the building was started in July 1996 and completed in June 1997. The total investment of the building accounts for RMB 5,900,000, of which HKD 5,000,000 was donated by Mr. LIN Xianli.

School of Business Administration is situated inside the building and the school-running conditions have been greatly improved with the completion of the building.

Linhong Building 
Linhong Building, located to the northwest of the south gate of the main campus, is a modern complex for teaching and scientific researches occupying an area of 2,440 square meters and with a total floor space of 5,690 square meters. The total investment of the building is RMB 8,390,000, of which HKD 2,500,000 was donated by Mrs. LI Sheshaohong, Board Director of Zhao'an Real Estate Co. Ltd. The building, named after Mrs. LI and her husband Mr. LI Zhaolin, symbolizes the perfect match of the Fire Kirin and the swan. The construction of the building was started on November 17, 2001 and completed on November 17, 2002. Both the School of Material Science & Engineering and School of Light Industry & Food Sciences are situated inside the building. The school-running conditions of these schools have been greatly improved with the completion of the building.

Shaw Building of Humanities
Shaw Building of Humanities, located on the bank of the beautiful West Lake on the main campus and with a total floor space of 6,374 square meters, is the landmark building of the university. It is a modern complex for exhibitions and conferences, with exhibition halls, a gymnasium, a campus café, and report halls. The project, designed by Architecture Design & Research Institute of the university, has won the first prize for creativeness of Guangdong Province, the first prize for excellent architectural design of Ministry of Education, the first prize for best architectural design of the Ministry of Construction, and the 3rd prize for architecture design of the Architectural Society of China.

The construction of the building was started in November 2001 and completed in October 2003. The total investment reaches RMB 32,577,800, of which HKD 5,000,000 was donated by Mr. Yifu SHAW, Chairman of Television Broadcasts Ltd. and Hong Kong Shao's Film & TV Co., Ltd., and RMB 5,000,000 was provided by Guangdong Provincial government. The building is named after Mr. SHAW.
