This presentation will explore recent advances in photocatalytic materials and their promising role in sustainable water treatment. Key topics include semiconductor-based mechanisms, novel materials such as doped TiO? and g-C?N? composites, and their effectiveness in degrading pollutants and emerging contaminants. Real-world case studies, prototype development, and future prospects for scale-up and integration into hybrid systems will also be discussed.
